Ok this is a points system, it's pretty good though, you have a couple ways to make a bunch of points. Reading emails, surfing web sites, and buying stuff... Mypoints also has a ton of affiliates so it's not like your making points toward something lame. (toys R us and circuit city are on the band wagon, and I love it.)

Alladvatage is one of the big names in the "pay to surf" industry. You have two ways of making money, first you can download the alladvantage 'viewbar' and log upto 20 hrs a months letting them through those banner adds onto your screen (the ones' you see every else anyway, so why not get paid for em). Them when your done close the viewbar and your back to normal surfing.
All advantage also has a referral program so you can get paid for everyone who signs up under you.
Alladvatage is one of my favs cause I'm online all the time. I can log my 20 hours and clsoe the view bar for the month. You should have no problem making 20 bucks a month to start.
